It all started with a realization: AI is revolutionizing the world, but its development is still largely driven by tech companies and technology enthusiasts. We wanted to bring the benefits of AI within everyone's reach, making it part of everyday life.
Our founder Jari Mustonen has taken an interesting path to reach this point. His studies in physics and mathematics, which began in 1997, sparked an interest in AI at a time when it was still a distant future. After years in the technology industry, his path led to psychology studies, graduating in 2019 with a unique perspective on human-technology interaction.
This rare combination - deep understanding of both technology and the human mind - is at the heart of the Momentservice. We believe AI's true potential is only realized when it's brought close to people in an easily approachable form. We want to build AI that seamlessly integrates into daily life and provides real value to every user.
We've made a conscious choice to focus on usability and accessibility. It's important to us that our service is understandable and easily approachable even for those not particularly interested in technology. Technology doesn't need to be complex to be effective.
While we focus on developing the Moment service, we're happy to share our expertise with select partners as well. Years of experience in both technology and human-centered design have given us a unique perspective on AI adoption and development.
